Your AI agents. In-house. Under control.

AGENTIC HUB is the cockpit for your business's AI agents. Built to measure on your real processes, running inside your own perimeter, controlled from a single place. No external SaaS, no lock-in on models or infrastructure — it can live on-premise or on a dedicated cloud, wherever fits your internal policies.

The result is YOUR platform. We built it together, the two of us: GIANFRANCO helps you identify where AI can deliver value, an outside perspective backed by thirty years of consulting and training across more than 450 companies supported.
FRANCESCO designs the AI agent system to support and boost the team, with twenty-five years of experience across marketing direction, development, and AI startups.
AI is not meant to eliminate the human factor, but to remove daily friction while leaving humans in control..

Agentic Hub

Your data stays with you.
Agents are designed around your processes.
The instance is really yours.

Your data stays with you

The cockpit runs wherever you decide: a mini-PC on site, or a dedicated virtual server, solely in a data center. Either way it's yours, and operational data never leaves the perimeter you choose.

Built to measure

No building blocks to assemble. We work through your real process together and put one or more agents into production, running it inside your cockpit.

Free from vendors

The software and the data are in your hands. No mandatory fee, no lock-in on who supports you, on the infrastructure, or on model providers. If tomorrow you want to switch vendor, move the cockpit, or go it alone, you actually can.

One single place

See, launch and control your agents from the browser-accessible cockpit, and each person has their own space, with their own agents. You'll always know who launched what and each agent's cost impact: full history, logs, costs and status.

Two points of contact

You always talk to us: the same two people you worked through the process with, and who build the cockpit. No bouncing to juniors who have to start from scratch on your case.

Direct impact on operations

Agents produce effects in daily operations: on your systems, on your data, inside your perimeter. They support people — they don't replace control.

From real process to working agent

From real process to working agent

We start together from a concrete aspect of your business: content, outreach, knowledge, reporting, follow-up... We analyze it, translate it into executable steps, and bring it into Agentic Hub as a controllable, traceable agent built around the way you work.

Local or data center, always inside your perimeter

Agentic Hub can run on a machine on your network or on a dedicated data center server, securely connected to your infrastructure. Either choice keeps the same principle: the cockpit, operational data, and access rules stay inside a perimeter you control.

It starts from one point, then grows with you

It often starts with one small, urgent problem: a follow-up that slips, reports done by hand, content that's always late. We solve that. Then AGENTIC HUB doesn't stop there: it's not software we hand over and walk away from — it's something we refine together, agent by agent, as you figure out where it's worth pushing further.

The three-step journey

We work together on which processes to turn into agents,
we build them, and they stay with you.

Analysis and prototype

Iterative cycles until it's clear what to build: which processes, which agents, which integrations with your systems, which data domain, which security constraints. And we make it tangible: sometimes a flow diagram is enough, sometimes we need a prototype running on your real case to decide well.
You reach production with no doubts about what goes in.
Analysis with Gianfranco, four-handed implementation plan: we decide what changes in the organisation, not just in the software.

  • Which processes to turn into agents, and why
  • Which integrations with your systems
  • Data domain and security constraints
  • A clear boundary between what the agent does and doesn't do
  • A prototype to see, not just imagine

Going live

From validated prototype to something you use every day.
AGENTIC HUB will be installed on the mini-PC or virtual server, with the first agentic process configured and working. Cockpit browser-accessible from any device, logs and history in plain view, data inside your perimeter.

  • Installed on your infrastructure
  • First agentic process live
  • Browser cockpit, logs and history in plain view
  • Software and data stay yours
Support options after delivery

After delivery, choose how to continue

The software is yours to use and already works on its own. How much support you want after delivery is up to you: no mandatory fee.
Four ways to continue, from full autonomy to full delegation, with the option to switch month to month.

  • Autonomous — you carry on by yourself. Contact us if and when you need support, and pay only for that.
  • Weekly check-in — you manage the work; once a week we compare notes to take stock and fine-tune.
  • Collaborative — we move forward together: we define who does what and by when, and work in parallel.
  • Delegated — we carry the evolution forward on your direction. Same method: we think it through together, but maintenance and improvements are on us.
  • No minimum term: switch mode whenever your needs change.

Frequently asked questions

Practical questions before you start?

  • Where do the agents run, and where does my data end up?

Execution happens inside your perimeter: a mini-PC on site, or a dedicated virtual server in a data center. Either way, the machine is yours, and operational data never leaves it.

  • Am I locked into one AI model or provider?

No, and that's a deliberate choice. Agentic Hub isn't built around a single vendor: agents can rely on a commercial model via API — for example Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's GPT — or on an open model running locally on your machine or remotely on third-party infrastructure. Which model to use, and where to run it, is decided for your specific case and stays free to change over time. No lock-in on the model or the provider: the same principle that applies to the software and the data.

  • Can more than one person use it?

Yes. In Agentic Hub, everyone logs in with their own profile and finds their own agents. The files being worked on stay on the server, reachable from the office network. Every action is tracked: you always know who launched what, with full history, logs, and costs in plain view.

  • Do I need a dedicated machine?

Usually a dedicated machine is the way to go: a mini-PC on your network, or a remote virtual server just for Agentic Hub. It's the least invasive option for the systems you already use, simpler to control, and more secure, because it keeps the hub isolated from everything else. It's also possible to install it on your existing company server, but that's the path we recommend the least. We can provide the machine, local or remote, already set up, and take care of maintenance, backups, and monitoring. Either way, the data stays inside a perimeter that's yours.

  • How does it work, from start to going live?

In three steps. It starts with a free interview, where we work through a concrete process from your business together and figure out whether it's worth turning into an agent, where the value is and where the risk is. Then we move to analysis and prototype: short cycles until it's clear what to build, with something to see — sometimes a flow diagram, sometimes a prototype already running on your case. Finally, going live: the cockpit installed inside your perimeter, with the first agentic process working. You start with just one thing — whichever weighs most right now — and from there the hub grows with you.

  • How much does it cost? Is there a subscription fee?

The typical entry point — analysis, prototype, and going live with the first agentic process — runs between €2,500 and €7,000, and varies with the complexity of the process and its integrations. There's no mandatory fee on the software. What comes after is your choice: four ways of ongoing support, from full autonomy (zero cost) to full delegation. You switch mode whenever your needs change. After the interview, the quote is free and detailed.

  • What if tomorrow I want to switch vendor or go it alone?

You keep your instance and your data in hand. No lock-in, no clauses tying you down. If in the future you want to go it alone, you switch to "Autonomous" mode and can still call us for one-off consulting or new development, if you ever need to.

  • Who owns the software? Is it mine, or licensed?

It's yours to use, with no expiry date and no dependency on us: you have your own instance, your own data, and you keep working with it even if you switch vendor or go it alone. On your installation you're genuinely free: customize it, extend it, write whatever plugins you want — evolve it however you need. What doesn't transfer is the product's intellectual property: the software is licensed to your company, tied to the installation we build together. The only limits point outward: you can't make copies to install elsewhere, you can't resell it, and you can't derive other software from it for purposes beyond the agreed installation. In practice: full freedom on use and modification — it's a normal software license, nothing unusual.

  • Who's behind the project?

Two people, and we built it together. Gianfranco Ardenti, business consultant for thirty years: over 450 companies supported and over 20,000 hours of classroom training. With an outside perspective, he helps you identify where AI can deliver value. Francesco Boschetti has been writing software since 1999, was marketing director of a manufacturing group acquired by Sandvik, and today puts AI into the processes of very different businesses. He designs the AI agent system to support and boost the team. The two of us follow you directly, no bouncing to juniors starting from scratch on your case.

Got a process that costs you time or depends on one person?
